I lead presales teams in complex enterprise environments. My job is turning technical depth into the kind of clarity that helps deals move and gives customers what they need to make a call. Three promotions in six years at e2open. President's Club as an individual contributor. Team scope across Europe, UK, Asia and the US.
The combination I bring is not that common in this field: enough strategic context to lead, and enough technical depth to actually build things. I write AI agents in Python, automate workflows with n8n, and use structured storytelling to help people make better decisions under pressure. Not to pitch products โ to help customers think through their own problems.
My PhD looked at AI integration in supply chain management. I've completed 18 certified courses in global trade and export control. I founded and sold a software company before moving into enterprise software. I've seen M&A from both sides โ joining e2open through the Amber Road acquisition, and later being part of the team integrating others. I'm working toward a Chief Solutions Officer role and getting good mentorship along the way.
Outside of work: father of three in a small Bavarian town. Mornings start with meditation and Wim Hof breathing. I run, ride a Peloton, do cross-training, archery and watersports. At home I do woodwork, write code for fun, and run a home automation setup on Loxone. I read psychology, stoicism, Buddhism and presales books. Some evenings end on the Xbox. I'm currently building AngerApp โ a science-backed mobile app launching July 2026 that treats anger as information worth paying attention to.

- Most anger management tools try to suppress anger. No app existed that reframed it as useful information worth listening to.

- Designed the full product experience integrating CBT, DBT, NVC and breathing techniques. Built the panic button, mood tracking and AI-adaptive sequences.

PortaSoft UG
- The Problem
- SMEs managing freight costs and invoice verification relied on manual, error-prone processes with no dedicated software built for their scale.

- Built the software from scratch, acquired the first customers, and provided consulting alongside product delivery. Ran the company in parallel with a growing career for almost four years.

- Sold the company to a buyer when a new full-time role demanded full focus. A full founder cycle from idea to exit.
